Hi there guys! No I haven't disappeared, I haven't blogged as I haven't had really anything to say!
Or results to post on weight loss yet.
So where have I been for three weeks? THE GYM! I have pretty much been in the gym 4-5 days each week! these last three weeks! And my body is feeling amazing!! no back pain, no sciatic pain, OH YEAH!!
I've been working with a trainer on a more long term plan.
The plan has been to smash the body and build a bit of muscle, see how it responds and feels etc.
I'll do some measurements tomorrow, hopefully there are some changes there as I feel some!
So, build some muscle over these last three weeks, now we are moving into the fat loss stage, the muscle built/building phase I've just been eating everything! So now, its taming down the workouts a little bit, and focusing on smashing the diet, to use the new muscle to help burn fat.
