Day 6 - Working the weekend

Yesterday afternoon and evening my energy was lower then the last few days, my activity level for the day was low overall, as I was treating it like a rest day. Still felt ok, mood was flatter than usual, but thinking about it, it is to be expected etc, cutting out the sugar caffeine drinks, junk food etc plus the work outs, the body has a lot of changes going on, building muscle and I guess withdrawals from the caffeine and sugars?

Had a good dinner (Chicken Pad Thai, loaded with veg) I was served 2/3'rds of a standard sized bowl and didn't eat all of it, I stoped at a point and pushed the bowl away when I felt satisfied, It was really noticeable for me reacting like that (which was cool), as 1) I love chicken pad thai 2) I would usually smash 1 whole bowl and go back for seconds, finishing off feeling overfull like a bear ready to go hibernate!! haha.

Went to bed later than usual and woke at 5am on the buzzer, feeling good again, energised and ready to go hit the gym at lunch time, keeping to my nutrition routine and yeah, feeling lighter inside, I think I might have gone in 1 belt hole! but im not 100%, i should have marked it!! Tomorrow is weigh in! which is kinda exciting, I hope ive lost weight, it FEELS like i have!!
