Had two good 30min gym seshs today, weights in the morning, cardio of the evening!

Good nutrition today, cals where around the 1200 - 1400 range, still finding I have more focus then usual.
Smashing the water, fruit and clean food! My awesome wife is following the CSIRO diet, great food!! healthy tasty and clean! recommended!
