Damn - I got a job!!! So after 5 months off I suddenly I have no time to blog! I'm interested to see if I find it easier or harder to keep losing. I am on my last month of Duromine, I have been taking 5 per week for the last two weeks and will drop to 4 this week.
Happy with my loss but a touch concerned that my scales were a little generous this week, next week will tell if they were reading incorrect
Fitness, averaged 10k steps per day. one fitness circuit, one soccer training but no game this.
