Week 1 - 1.9 kg loss (Waist - 2cm loss)
Week 2 - 0.8 kg gain (Waist - 2cm loss)
Week 3 - 2.0 kg loss (Waist - 1cm loss)
Week 4 - 0.4 kg loss (Waist - 1cm loss)
Week 5 - 1.3 kg loss (Waist - 0cm loss)
Week 6 - 1.3 kg loss (Waist - 1cm loss)
Week 7 - 0.9 kg loss (Waist - 1cm loss)
Week 8 - 0.6 kg loss (Waist - 1cm loss)
Week 9 - 0.7 kg loss (Waist - 1cm loss)
Week 10 - 0.2 kg loss (Waist - no loss)
Week 11 - 0.1 kg loss (Waist - no loss)
Week 12 - 0.7 kg loss (Waist - 1cm loss)
Week 13 - 0.2 kg loss (Waist - no loss)
Total Loss 9.4 kg (Waist 11cm loss)

Its a small loss but its mine, all mine!! A positive for me this week is that my body fat % has dropped from the 40's into the 30's this week.

Fitness, averaged 8k steps per day. 2 gym session, 1 fitness circuit, first soccer game of the season was on Sunday and I survived.

My doctor has given me another prescription today, I plan to have a work better at it this month, there will be more exercise because of soccer & I believe I have no big social plans for this month!!

Way to go every loss is closer to your goal :) congrats on your step average increase and have a good soccer season :laughing:

Yay for the 4th month!! And awesome work on droping your body fat from 40's to 30's (I have no idea how you calculate that but I'm gonna act like I know what I'm talkin' about lol)

Did you end up going with 40mg or sticking to 30mg? Daily or alternate days? So many questions lol.

P.S. you tots have a social event this month...... 10kg loss is getting pretty close ;-)

I'm staying with the 30mg, I do plan to go alternate days, just not sure when, maybe I will follow your lead on that :rolleyes:

Wrt body fat % some scales read that along with your weight. I started at 44.2 % and am now 39.8%. Ideally it should be just under 30%

Yes, so my goal for this week is to give myself a 10kg loss celebration next weighin :)
