So I slept about 2 hours last night....rough and a bit hard on the brain but I should get over it in a day or two.
Out of bed at 5.20am to go milking cows, had a glass of water before I went and a mug of tea while milking.
Home at 9am made 1 poached egg and 2 slices of toast ( 1/2 of the normal breaky for me ) ate 1 slice and shared the other with baby screamy ( youngest daughter )
Left home at 10 to go mow lawns and do gardening at church. drank a bottle of water
home at 12.30 started prepping for our weekly families dinner ( 2 big families get together every sat night)
Making venison in blackberry and red wine
mixed roast veg
sweet potato
cauliflower in cheese
having a cup of tea and a small snack from last nights dinner now then a rest before this afternoons milking
Energy levels are up, feel a little fuzzy headed but overall doing well
