Sleep Glorious Sleep

I finally got some sleep last night and it was freaking AWESOME!
Ok so its day 4 and I have hit a few "changes"
Have not had any late night snacks since starting
Today is the first day I have been able to eat more than just a few bites at a time
I feel a bit more clear headed than the last few days
and.........
I WENT ON THE TREADMILL
Ok so that might not be a big deal for some folk but for me it was a huge thing. 20 mins uphill incline at 5.5kph and the last minute I did at 10kph!
Food intake today
breakfast 2 bits of toast and coffee
lunch salad wrap
snack small can (85gm) of oysters
