So its been like the longest day! I've noticed that I don't have as much energy as usual and I didn't see that mid week because I was sitting on my ass at work. but doing my normal weekend routine is a real challenge, I could drop and sleep at any moment. also I've got this niggling sensation of waiting for something
I've been frickin hungry today - the only thing that alleviated it was two g&t's. looking forward to weigh in on Tuesday morning and I'm gonna ramp up the workouts this week . my new routine will be Mon am walk Mon pm weights. Tues am run. Wed am run. Thurs am walk Thurs pm weights. Fri am run. Sat weights. sun am yoga.
