Day 23 & 24 where really good on food and exercise, I ate very clean and did weights on one day then cardio on the other. Today Day 25, feeling good, had to see if I was back on the losing train and I AM!!
Only three days into this week and im down half a kilo!!
The real test starts tomorrow! I go on Holidays!! I find it easy at work to maintain a regiment, at home will be more interesting!!
