Day 22, feeling more human and back to normal energy levels after such a big week on both work and social life.
Slammed my nutrition today, plenty of water, fruit, a shake for breakfast and a good dinner.
I got out to the gym and hit the rowing machine, i like it as its cardio as well as overall body workout too.
Back on track! Shooting to hit under 100kg this week!!
