I left for USA on July 2nd and I’m back. Stopped duromine as I was sick still have 9 left. My doctor has prescribed me more so no issues there but will start up again in a few weeks when I’m done with my anti biotics. Can’t wait! Getting married in October 2019

I had a bit of a moment yesterday at the gym, where I looked in the mirror and wanted to cry. I hate mirrors they make me feel worse than anything. SW 120kg CW 114.6kg Going down slowly. I refuse to give up.

Im more alert and active, my food intake is smaller than ever and my food has completely changed. I cut out all the nasties which in turn has saved me money. Day 13, 4.9kgs down. I’m trying to aim for 20-25kgs but in 5kg lots. Side effects Dry mouth(never ending lol)
