Life update.

ill be coming up a month on Duromine soon. 1 week on 15mg, 3 on 30mg.

Had a catch up with my doctor who weighed me and according to his scales I’ve lost 8kgs. If I wanted to be picky about it I’d say more 7.3-7.5kgs because of my clothes. I still can’t see the difference but hey maybe by July I will.

Still suffering from a dry mouth, have only had 1-2 headaches and that’s about it really.

Breakfast is : 2 eggs scrambled and 2 x bacon strips (if I have any, good quality and gf)

Snack if I’m hungry - banana/feijoas

Lunch : smoked salmon / gluten free sausages or chicken with cucumber/capsicum(balsamic vinegar for dipping) or veges and mashed kumara (sweet potatoes).

Dinner : red meat/chicken/fish with veges of some sort

Water always on hand
Coffee / hot chocolate (sugar free).

Every time I hit a mini goal (5kg) I will treat myself to a non food item... I bought a cast iron pan . I saved 35.00 so was a deal and something I can use all the time.

The first month sucks because its very hard to see results in the mirror. But for me the second and third month really shows a difference. So keep going and good luck
