Back in July 2020 I weighed in at 103.7kg. I went to the gym 6 mornings a week for 1 1/2 hours per visit at 4 15am. I changed my eating habits by about 90%. I was on Duromine for 3 months. I lost 21kgs in that time. Then in the next 6 weeks I lost another 6.5kgs. Taking me down to 76.2kg (27.5kg).
My gym told me to take a break so I didnt fade away into a shadow. I ride my bike most afternoons after work for up to 10km or use my home treadmill. I went back to my gym yesterday for the 1st time in 3 months. I went straight into autopilot when I got there. I did 11km on 5 different apparatuses in 1 1/2 hours.
I have stayed eating healthy and drinking heaps of water a day and I havent put any weight back on. My clothes are 4 to 5 sizes smaller. Im a totally different person.
You can all do this. Its a long and hard journey, but its worth it.
