Last week was a very labour...
It was really simple in my mind, drinking was the "naughty, cheat, treat" in my mind, and I really wanted to drink hahaha, so it made eating more simple, some meats, cheese and lite salad n chicken, hehehe maybe if i had eaten a bit more i wouldn't have felt like death warmed up the next day...

Alrighty, Being completely honest, this time around I find the dieting so much easier, I think its because we are not treating it like classic 'dieting', we are both meal prepping together most evenings for the next day, talking about the foods and what they are made of etc, and just being more...

Covid life has been a bit of a curve ball but we are surviving.
Work and farm life have been rather demanding, from my last post till now, i had been regularly working out and running, these last two months i have done zero...
Oks, So for as long as I remember in my adulthood, I could never run, Like, I could run if I needed to, but regardless if it was 100 meters or a couple kilometres the next day or three I would pull up lame, back pain, sciatic nerve pain, you name it, I felt it. Hiking or walking not an issue...
I'm currently not on Duro atm, I did two scripts late last year and early this year, where i lost, regained and lost again, then sorter regained and I'm now just posting here to share my experience etc not using duro. As I really dont know where else to share it haha.

Will try and keep the updates coming, Yeah had to pull my finger out and get back to training, having 6 weeks away from running i really felt it the first couple days getting back on the tredmil LOL.

Yeah both times on Duro i lost weight, The first time i think it was around the 15kgs mark, and the second im not 100% sure haha id have to recheck my posts, but i think it was about 10 ish.

Hi there Minho,
At first i did find it hard to sleep, (the first few nights) but then i found once i started to do any form of physical exercise that helped me alot and then sleeping was fine, I felt 'hotter' when i trained and felt i did sweat more during workouts.
