SW: 66kg
CW: 64.7kg

I managed 5 workouts this week but I didn’t count calories, I just made healthier swaps (boiled veg, bunless burger, undressed salad instead, etc) and turned down dessert when eating out.

Biggest hurdle is getting over the guilt of eating the foods I like but seeing as the scale is agreeing with me this week I feel a little better.

Good! Great! Making healthier food choices is the main idea of this entire weight loss campaign. This is exactly what you need. When you feel hungry – have something healthy. Hope, you will continue in this way and the scales keep agreeing with you. =))
