wow its been awhile since I checked in.
I have been off duro for awhile now with my final script just waiting to be used.
For the first time in 12months I've gained weight and am up 3kgs.
I filled my final script and plan to have that 3kgs gone very soon, and hit my 20kgs weight loss.
Start weight in August 2016
107kgs
Lowest weight may 2017
90.5kgs
Current weight
93.5kgs.
Next goal is the 80s but hope to hit
87kgs very soon.

I have cancelled my gym membership (time and money factor) and have only just got back into interval running again. I didn't ever stop, but I definately lost my up and go.. but it's back and I'm doing it!!!

Oh-ho-ho! Look who’s back! Been missing you… Glad to know you’re doing fine and are ready to hop the boat and begin rowing again! =) I know you know better than anyone else what your body needs to shed kilos, so all I will say is best of luck and (how without these 5 cents, I just wouldn’t be me) add some strength exercises to your interval running (which is great, by the way, hat’s off). Cheers and enjoy one more weight loss focused period!

HEyyyyyyy thanks for the messages..

I’ve been on the low side for a few months (mentally) so not much has happened.
Currently about 91kgs.
Just starting to push the running thing AGAIN.
Have read a lot about seasonal affective disorder (sad) and believe this is what’s effected me over winter.

Sooooo slowly getting my shit back together..

How you guys doing???

And she lost more weight… =)) Hey! Glad you’re back! I can totally relate to the SAD thing. I also have it and, in fact, this Forum definitely helps me stay out of it this year. Seeing so many people doing so many successful changes and achieving results… It’s fantastic!

So, planning to go back to running – great! Any contests, programs to follow? Or just smoothly getting into your usual runs, as starters?

How are kids? Planning on introducing any of them into your running routine? Let them play on a playground and run around =))) kidding
