Last night was the first time I had alcohol since starting on Duromine on the first of January!!
Typically I'm a glass of wine or two every evening type of girl but because its reccommended to avoid alcohol whilst taking duromine (due to them both potentially increases your heart rate) I have simply avoided it for the past 17 days.
However I knew I was going to go to a waterfront festival last night so I skipped taking my Duromine in the morning. I was worried that my appetite would increase and I would make bad food choices. I'm pleased to say that I was the same yesterday as I had been ever other day since starting Duromine.
Probably has more wine than I should have (4 glasses) but when we got home and ny fiance heated up some pizza, I had a carrot!! Gotta love that
Felt really average today thou and felt alot worse than I would have normally after 4 wines. Maybe the duromine? Maybe the face I hadn't had a drink for over 2 weeks?
Anyway, feeling good and am loving this Duromine journey!!!
