This is NOT a miracle pill. I have worked my arse off to achieve these results.
I eat around 1200cals per day. I've cut out all crap from my diet including soft drink. My exercise consists of walking (my newly purchased exercise bike is more of an ornament)
But most importantly I am accountable. If I loose weight it's because of what I choose to eat. If I put on weight it's because of what I have choosen to eat. I don't make excuses for anything about my weight now. I understand food so much better now and I eat accordingly. There is nothing wrong with eatting pizza and cheese, but just dont eat it and then be surprised you haven't lost weight. There is absolutely nothing wrong with alcohol, but just don't drink it and wonder why your weight loss has slowed down.
We have one life and it is ours to live. There is absolutely nothing wrong with carrying around afew extra pounds. Be happy and proud and live your life. You are beautiful. Just don't be one of those people who says 'im trying everything i can but the weight just wont move' when they are still eating junk and big portions. Those people are the worst. I know. Because I was one of them!!!! If you want a burger and chips, go have it, just quite ya moaning about weightloss. The one thing everyone wants from this life is to be happy. Where you find that happiness is an individual thing, but we all deserve it, so go grab it with 110% focus and determination!!!
The most rewarding things in life are the ones we worked hard to get.
