    So , its been a while . I stopped the Duromine after 1 week. It is not the Duromines fault but another health issue that has arisen . I am sorting out my shortness of breath. I have had tests galore - ct scans , chest xrays, spirometry tests , ecg etc. I am now on strong antibiotics for 10 days...

    DAY 7 weigh in day and update

    So today i weighed in . I am really happy to say that i have lost 3.7kg :) (happy dance !) I have however been getting very breathless and im not sure if its to do with the duromine or something else but i can handle it anymore so my plan is .. to make an app with my GP, i didnt take my tablet...

    I started sleeping better from the 4th night. Maybe buy some sugar free lollies to suck on (as well as water !) I wouldnt say that i have the energy boost some people mention either . All the best !!

    Happy to report that today i have far less side effects and feeling much better. Just a bit of heart race feeling and dull headache but totally manageable :-) :-) glad i kept going , thanks for your support x
