This week I have lost 1.3kg. Yay! I’m so pleased about it. 2.9kg in two weeks.
I’m feeling really excited about this as I couldn’t get my weight to budge before. I feel like my normal self. Sleeping well and have just enough energy to get though the day. I do get really cold hands in the afternoon for maybe 2-3 hours.So cold I can’t warm them up. Anyone else get cold hands?
Since I started I have noticed my head has become so clear. The fog has lifted! Since my daughter was born 6 years ago I got so sick and run down. Working night shift does not help. I never recovered. I was always tired and was doing the bear minimum to get by.
Now I love getting up. Getting my tasks done and going to work. I have a whole new attitude. I’m more engaged in life. Now I have the motivation to stick to my weight loss goals.
My weight is coming off slowly. I’m good with that. I don’t expect a lot each week, just a little as I’ve now only got 12.5kg to go.
I’m drinking between 2-3L per day. I can’t get anymore in than that. I can’t get the right balance of food yet. I’m still working on that. Most days I don’t make 1200 calories, it’s more like 800 - 1000 calories at the moment. I feel like I’m stuffing my face and drinking all day and night and I can’t get anymore in. If you choose healthy foods you can really eat a lot for 1200 calories. This is so new to me but working on adding a bit more each day so I get the correct amount.
Now on to week three!
