Im happy to report, i am down another kilogram, making my total weightloss 5kgs in just over 2 weeks. I'm feeling sexier already. Lastnight my b/f was cuddeling me around my tummy, then he stopped and lifed up my shirt, asking me if i was 'sucking in my gut' i wasnt, infact i had just eaten a bowl of stirfry vegies for dinner. For the first time in so long, i felt sexy, and unashamed. I still have a long way to go but i am so delighted with the results so far. I have really started to set my mind to this, since doing so, i am seeing an awesome improvement. Seeing the numbers on the scales go down is a massive motivator, i have been doing atleast 30 mins of cardio each day this week, i started off 30 mins of walking daily. My intentions are to loose weight, and eat my portioned meals keeping my callorie intake under 1000. I'm starting to get excited every morning to hop on the scales
