Been hustling along, back on Duromine 30mg. Having a better reaction to it than last year, no phen rage. My life’s also a lot less stressful.
I take 1 every second day. It works for me. My weight wouldn’t move, I was getting pretty discouraged but yesterday weighed in at the lowest weight I’ve been on this Weightloss journey, I didn’t expect it & am SO happy & motivated!
I’m trying to eat a balanced diet, & not starve myself. I want this to be sustainable for the long term, I have a lot of bad habits to change!
I’ve pretty much given up the drinking, & working on the emotional eating (all emotions trigger me 🙄)
I’ve been having eggs, ham & a laughing cow cheese in the morning, a PACKED salad for lunch, & meat & salad, or veg for dinner.
I’ve also added more fruit, I never ate fruit, didn’t like it much. But I am loving it so far & I am full as a goog.
I honestly think focusing on both protein & fibre has helped a lot.
Anyway, this is just an accountability post, as I sit here waiting for a cyclone 🌀 to hit! 😖
