Wow! The last 7 weeks have been insane.. In a nutshell, my determination and focus was challenged and I caved in BUT I guess shit happens. I'm back here on this website again, slightly embarrassed that I can give an amazing report on my weight loss but it's all part of the journey.
Last week I had my 12 week weigh-in with the Dr.. all together I have lost 18kg.. I've spent the last week thinking about how I can get back on this band wagon and I could be drastic in my approach OR I could be gentle and kind to both mind & body by taking baby steps.
What would you guys do? Take two steps forward and one step back or half a step at the time? I'm going to try the later! Weekly posts will start again as of next week and pics every fortnight for motivation
