Day 63 - Oops, I'm a bit behind

Weight loss has slowed right down. In fact it's at a standstill. Duromine doesn't seem to be working anymore and I've gone a bit slack on the healthy eating, plus I still haven't got back on the damn dreadmill! Ugh. Can't lose momentum!

I'm getting a bit tired of Optifast shakes and cup a soups.

Anyway. Weight is holding at 79.6kg, so I'm pretty much where I was two weeks ago. At least I haven't gained, I guess. And people have started noticing my weight loss. I still have over 20kg to lose though!

Took my 2nd month's measurements and they were smaller but I left them at home so I'll have to update them later.

Work is kicking my butt so this is a very brief update!

Yep, it’s great that you’re not gaining. Definitely need to take a deep breath and review your routines, and talk yourself into getting back to your exercises. You were going so well, dear! And you can go the same way.

If you feel like Duromine is not doing anything at all, maybe stop it for 3 days and restart. This method helped many people to kick-start its action again. Fingers crossed your work will give you some time for yourself. Have a lovely week!
