So I have now started gym, and have only been 2 days in a row, but this might sound funny but I feel as tho I have lost a bit more weight already, I have to have another weigh in soon, I need to go and find scales that will give a correct weight reading, or I just wait until I go and get my nxt script, stick to the drs scales.
I still get little cravings for sweet things, not like a big hunger craving,just a taste for something sweet, tho I don't give in to it.
Sleep is normal, all headaches gone,no dry mouth just enough to remind me to drink water.
