sleep: sleep was horrible. I got about 4-5 hours of sleep (I took the pill 2 hours later than usual because I forgot)
food: scrambled eggs, sourdough slice, mushrooms, latte. chicken cacciatore, tiny sliver of brie + biscuits.
mood: still rather morose. likely due to time of the month.
unofficial weight: 80.4kg
exercise: rest from gym. walked to and from farmer's market in the am (30-40mins total)

Still drinking lots of water (2-2.5l) everyday. Can't wait for the time of the month to be over.
