Weighed in today at 83.1kg, so at the end of my 4th week on Duromine I've lost 9.4kg. Go me!
Checked in with my doctor today and according to his records I've lost 5kg... pfft... he'd written down at my last appointment that I was 90kg when I distinctly remember his scale said 93, and today it said 84 (bear in mind I've eaten since this morning and I didn't strip off naked for him... lol). Anyway. I know I've lost 9kg even if he's dubious, haha.
He said to carry on doing what I'm doing and check in again at the 3 month mark unless I have any problems, so... carrying on
I'll do photos and measurements in a couple of days (at the one month mark rather than the 4 week mark - don't ask me why this appeals to my bizarre OCD).
