Day 6 new information

hi guys still day 6 went to the doctors today to get my weekly check up since being on duromine everything is good but they said I have low blood pressure she didn't say much about it so I guess it's normal thing to have on this medicine Any suggestions would be great

Maybe the low pressure is caused by lack of sleep, tiredness. It is definitely better than high BP. If your doc doesn't say anything more, then nothing to worry about. Stay healthy!

Hey, Sammy! Happy to know you’re on the road and keep moving forward to your goal. Could you tell me more about your eating… Do you eat enough? Low BP is not bad, high BP is the thing that has to worry you , just like Kate said.

Yet, I don’t like the fact that you have a low BP.. it means, you won’t have enough forces to exercise and your body might start stocking up some undesirable nutrients to help you “survive”. Is it very low? Did you check your blood sugar and hemoglobin levels?

I still feel like I got great energy I am still able to work out everyday the doctor didn't say it was bad she just said it was low when before I took it my blood pressure was great

My eating habits for some reason I can only eat fruit vegetables or soupy stuff every time I eat chicken or meat I feel really sick like I wanna vomit it's like that if I drink tea aswell it's worse when I had a coffee so I never drank coffee again

I only eat once a day and that's at breakfast the whole day I struggle to eat and if I do eat I have a banana or a carrot

I think it's because how dry my mouth is it plays up with my gag reflex but it's only on and off thing.

I now weigh 75 kilos down from 79

Sammy, hi! Happy to hear your BP is not an issue and you have enough energy for exercising and keeping up with the weight loss plan. As for your eating habits, It’s not the first time I hear something like that. I have heard two people saying that they’re not hungry, and when they are hungry, they want to eat only something cold and juicy, like fruits and yogurt. Great you’re off coffee!

However, your body might feel the deficit of proteins, so you should try considering the idea of having some cottage cheese, which you can blend with low-fat yogurt and, for example, banana. To make the treat even better, you can add some vanilla and freeze a litle. Or you can simply mix yogurt with some fruit, except oranges. Eat your carrot with something like a dip (yogurt, cucumbers and greens finely cut and mixed). This will help vitamin A from the carrot to assimilate in your body AND the protein from yogurt will also be assimilated better. Just some tips for your light-juicy-fluid preferences. =)

-4 kilos is a fantastic result! Congratulations and keep it up like that!
