Alright, so I'm wrapping up my third week on Duro and weighed in this morning at 84.7kg, a loss of 1.8kg from last week and 7.8kg total. I've busted through my first mini-goal (85kg) and am feeling fitter and healthier, although it's becoming ever more obvious to me that my core strength and flexibility need MAJOR work. Thinking of signing up with a pilates/yoga place. Have never done either of those, except a beginner yoga session once in which I fell asleep, but maybe it'll be awesome.
