My name is Aliziwe and am from SA. I’ve been struggling to lose weight for a while now. It got so bad that I don’t even buy clothes anymore coz I feel I don’t look good in anything. I don’t even go out anymore.
So today I decided to change all that, am young and I can’t waste anymore of my years hiding and feeling hideous all the time.
So, I took the pill at 4h30am, I feel ok. I ate much smaller amounts today and I don’t feel hungry. My mouth isn’t that dry but my head is pounding. The headache started around 6h30pm. I hope it won’t stick, I hate headaches.
So, so far so good. Looking forward to the next 29 days.
