hi guys! I haven’t been on here in over a year. I’ve been on and off duromine for a while, going on a month to get me started when I fall into bad habits. But, I’m on my last three weeks of it now and decided to really smash it out and get to my goal. I’m currently 68kg! I started at 92kg. I’ve really found that it really won’t work if you don’t eat well/exercise. Using it as a boost while getting into good habits and a good routine was amazing for me, even when I’m not on it or am not actively trying to lose weight I find I still make a lot of healthier choices. I’m now at the point that basic exercise and healthy eating won’t do too much for me anymore and I’ll need to really step up my workouts and being more active again. I just wanted to post some before and afters as inspiration for others, but also as inspiration for me to push further and really get to my goal.
