I've heard of periods delay from other girls, usually that was hormonal imbalance caused by sudden loss of body weight, since our hormones are closely connected with the body weight. Plus, you started a new meal/exercise routine, that's kinda stressful for your body, hence the delay. You know our fragile female health, any stress is reflected on our reproductive system. If it's just a couple of days, most likely there's nothing to worry about. Still, I recommend doing pregnancy test in a couple of days, just in case (although you use birth control pills, the weight loss pills could probably lessen the contraceptive effect). Stay healthy!
P.S. Please read the birth controls' instructions once again, you want to be sure they can be combined with Duromine safely.

No worries thank you I just wait and see if they come within the next few days and if not I will just do a test to be on the safe side
