Hi all,
Usually I'm quite a private person so this is all very strange to me.
My hope is that this blog and forum will assist me ( and any one reading) to keep me motivated and on track to smash goals.
A couple of years ago I was in my prime and after struggling with my weight for most of my life I was ecstatic with how I looked and my athletic achievements.
Unfortunately I can't exercise to the same intensity as before (clarification I can no longer do impact sport, yes there are other options but for me they all are very boring) so I have been a bit slack and we all know what happens then. Yep I got fat.
After multiple diets, eating extreamy clean, then not eating proply I gained 20kg. So the time came where I admitted that I need help. At the beginning of duromine I had a bmi of 34. I would need to lose at least 25kg to be in the normal bmi range. I am hoping to have a kick start with the duromine and rebuild a healthy lifestyle of nutrition and exercise.
For reasons most can understand I haven't told many I am using duromine. I have only told those I spend a lot of time with; incase I go crazy.
I really hope this works long term. My fear is once I stop taking the duromine that I won't be able to get all the way to my goal. Even worse put the weight back on.
Looking forward to connect with you all.
