DOWN IN THE DUMPS

hey guys,

Sorry for such a late post... ive been so disorganised with everything lately.
The only thing that has been consistant is taking duromine every morning.
Im currently on my 3rd script for duromine and have about 2 weeks left.
Since coming back from holiday i havent weighed myself, ate the healthiest or exercised.
So im a bit scared to weigh in...
Everyone on here is posting about there weightlosses, 1 person i think lost 10kg in a month, makes me feel like a failure.
Sorry to post such a depressing post but i will weigh myself tomorrow and start fresh foodwise aswell. Get back into a weekly routine; monday weigh in.
Tomorrow ill post the results along with my measurements.

Hey Emily. I was wondering what happened, and now I see you’re all down. C’mon! it happens to all of us. It’s not the best time to feel sorry for yourself. What you need now is to forget about all the bad stuff you ate and days you didn’t exercise, and start getting back to the weight loss routine as soon as possible.

You are not a failure, you’re just a human being. No matter what the scales show, you know where you need to get. If you gained a couple of kilos, you will easily shed them quickly. TWO WEEKS! WORK IT! you know you can do it! looking forward to your weigh in update and plans for further routine. Smile and stay happy!
