Day 6 does every just eat breakfast lunch & dinner

Does everyone just eat breakfast lunch & dinner. Plus water Or do use have a protein shake awell. Only lost 1kg & I've been smashing out the gym plus 2 pt session a week.

Hello Monique. Welcome to the forum and thank you for your question. Duromine users adjust their menu the way they find it convenient. Some reported of having protein shakes for either of the three main meals, depending on which meal made it troublesome to eat something substantial. I see that you worry about your “small” weight loss. There are several factors that affect the weight loss rate, like:
  1. (undiagnosed) Health condition that makes it more difficult to lose weight.
  2. Starting weight – the lower it is, the lower the weight loss rate.
  3. Insufficient/excessive nutrition – it is a good idea to have a food diary and count the calories that you consume very carefully, even using kitchen scales, to make sure that you calculate everything correctly.
  4. Building muscles – when you exercise in an efficient way, your body builds muscles, which weight more than the fat that you lose. In this case, you will see small losses in weight, but higher weight loss results in your body volumes. Use a measuring tape to see how your volumes change.
If you work with a PT, may be you should ask him/her for some recommendations on nutrition… Especially on training days, when you need to increase the amount of calories consumed during the day.
