Just starting day 5 today. First 2 days I found it easy enough to go to bed and sleep at my normal time, but then I would be awake for a few hours during the night which was annoying. Body seemed to get used to it after that and am back to sleeping normally. I must say I do have more energy, my pantry and kitchen cupboards are ridiculously clean and tidy thanks to Duromine hahaha
I weigh myself on Wednesdays so tomorrow is weigh in day. Along with taking Duromine I am eating Lite n Easy 5 days a week (1200 cals ) and doing 5:2 so fasting (well 500cals ) I must say the Duromine is an amazing help to my fast days.

Hello Sarah! Congratulations on getting back to normal sleep patterns. Now you can finally concentrate on your weight loss even more, without being annoyed or exhausted from little sleep. Lol – shiny kitchen cupboards – what a lovely bonus! =)) I had the same thing. After the cupboards, I got into sorting out seasonal clothes. How fantastically tidy everything was sorted, placed and packed… mmm.. =)))))

Sounds like your eating is quite strict and even a bit harsh. Let’s see what the scales show. You might consider doing 5:2 (not fasting days, but upping the calories). Time will show… I am soooo looking forward to your first weigh in. fingers crossed! Oh, and I would also advise you to do the measurements. These can be quite motivating at times, when the scales show no difference. A great day to you!
