Good day. Absolutely no side affects!! Yay
Sleep is great and not waking every hour so hoping that doesn't change.
Still can't get back on the treadmill due to the old hip But did walk around the shops with one of my girls so every step counts atm until I can get back on there!

Breakfast: Two pieces multigrain toast , vegemite and margarine
Lunch: Campbell's simple winter soup .... It's actually nice
Dinner: Egg white and ham omelette

Total calories: 762
Loss 100grams gggrrr but a loss is a loss especially after a gain
Total to date : 2.7kgs

Today will be the tell all day, I find it hard to not eat when my husbands home!!

Hi just wondering if you have ever looked into doing water aerobics?. Don't quote me on this but I think its meant to be good for sore joints. I know people with arthritis say how good it is to feel weight less and get the heart rate up at the same time. Just an idea incase its something you would be interested in.

Yes I've done water aerobics a few years ago, it is great !! Never thought you'd sweat in the water lol.
It is probably something to look into again, I've got a huge pool at home but it's too cold atm to get into. Big sook!
Not sure I'd want people to see my in my bathers like this that's the only problem..... I like lots of clothes on when I get this cuddly
