Hey guys so I had a really great start to duro 2 weeks ago but straight after my first week I got really bad bronchitis and have been super unwell. Just my luck 
I've been on antibiotics and a range of other meds so I had to stop duro for 2 weeks but tomorrow I'm Back!! Take 2 here we go. Wish me luck, again.
