It has been a long time since I have posted here. I have been very busy with a new career and busy life. Unfortunately my weight has crept up and I have gained back about half of the weight I lost. It has been over two years since I first had Duromine so I am going to visit my GP tomorrow and see if I can get another script to help me kick start my weight in the right direction. I'm still happy that I have managed to lose so much and keep my weight down for so long. I need to set my routine better so that I am more conscious of my eating and allow for exercise. It has been difficult to establish a routine with my new job as I have varying shifts. Recently my shifts have somewhat stabilised with a rotating fortnightly roster. I find the weeks I am working late are easiest as I enjoy exercising in the morning but the early weeks are a struggle as I need to walk at 5:30 am if I am to get to work on time. Now that the days are getting longer it is easier to get going but it is still dark at that time. Bring on summer! With the longer days, walking in the evening is looking more attractive too. I will weigh myself tomorrow and see what my start weight is.
