Good day to all.... Well i got on the scale this morning after a way to many cheats this weekend with fear haha, well added even though i had a few cheat treats the highest my calorie intake was 1200 and that was yesterday... So i might not have lost any weight but i ate more and indulged in...

Good day all :) Well so far so good week 4 under the belt and lost another 1.1 kg. Happy with that i am now 65 kg and it is my first goal... Not very far to go and i am not taking my duromine tablets any more, i had my last one saturday. Didnt finish all the pills in the box i feel no more...

Well yesterday was my 3 week weigh in and again a awesome week behind me :) I lost another 1.3 kilos and i am very happy with that! SW - 73.7 kg CW - 66.1 Total lost in 3 weeks - 7.3 GW - 65-60 Its great having the support of my diet side kick and best friend she keeps me going!!

Good day to all... Another week has passed and some more weight has been shed. Side effects still the same only dry mouth... I know this is going to be a long journey for me to break my bad eating habits! but I do not mind it... I have not cheated on my diet for 2 weeks and I log all my food...
