I've noticed Iv been agitated. I know now that I have to work through it and do something physical if I start to feel that way, walk, cycle, clean anything. Burn off the energy that I didn't even realise I had. :)

Today is day 6 :)
I've worked out the best time to take the duromine for me :)
I weighed in today for the first time. A day before one week.
I have a loss of 1.1kg. Any loss is a win. So I'm happy with that. :)
I have realised it will be a long journey but one I'm willing to take.

I ate less food today. Maybe half the amount I normally would.
I went for a long fast past walk. ( don't think I've done that in years)
I had time to make better choices when it came to deciding what went into my mouth, as I wasn't feeling starved or ravished.
It defiantly had a calming...
