Week 1 is down..
So today I have been on Duromine for a week. In this week I have lost 2.2 kgs. A good effort, but Tosh for some reason I'm really disappointed. I feel like I've given up all my favourite foods for a lousy 2.2 kgs. I really need to focus on the good, which is that I've lost weight & not gained...- Bexx
