feeling sick???advice pls...desperate

hi all...

so how is everyone going...hope youre all having great results...
its day 11 for me and have lost 3.5 in the first week, very excited about that...yayyy,
but anyhow, I have a question..has anyone vomited while on D.

in the last 11 days I have vomited(sorry tmi) three times.
just wondering if anyone else has experienced this while on D.

No I haven't but is there a chance at those times you had eaten too much? Or had too much fluid and food within those few hours?

Felt completely wasted once.. but had also taken a fat mobiliser and metamucil capsules on that same morning... woozy and weird-footed.. but not vomiting..
Might be something to take ro your gp if it continues ...??
