i took duromine in 2014 and had AMAZING results have they changed the formula now or?!?!? because its not working how it used too.....

has anyone had heart palpitations and what they did to stop them or did they just push through them? i also suffer with hypothyroidism and have an anxiety disorder, so im not sure if the palpitations are from those conditions and not the duromine itself.
