    Week 14 update: 16.3kg down :)) current weight 86.4 kg Weight loss slowing down a bit now as expected but still a loss each week so happy with that. Just need to keep being consistent with diet and exercise and the results will come.

    Make sure you are eating otherwise your body will go into starvation mode and not lose weight. Drink lots of water to help with the side effects and can you go for a walk each day?

    Duromine stimulates your body and that's why you have energy. Alcohol depresses the central nervous system thereby relaxing you. So the duromine becomes ineffective.     It's best to avoid alcohol especially at the start. Because alcohol is a relaxant and duromine is a stimulant they will counteract each other. Watch your portion sizes on food, exercise and drink lots and lots of water and you will do great:)

    Hi lea:) You need to take your dose as early as you can as soon as you wake up. The later you have it the harder it will be to sleep.Then exercise and have your brekky. Drink lots of water eat clean and you'll get the results x

    I agree use the fitness pal app, don't eat less than 1000-1200 calories per day. Eat clean, low carb, no junk food or soft drinks, juices, or cordial. Exercise and drink loads of water. Interval training is the best fat burner but do whatever you can to fit in your lifestyle x
