    Even a little loss of 200g is still good, a loss is a loss. I had one week in there where I only lost 150g and then the next week I had a big loss. I assume it's the body trying to balance itself a little. Keep at it your doing great!

    That's fantastic Candice! I had my 4th weigh in and I've lost 7kg as of today, hoping to be under 100kg by Christmas. So it's only 900g this week to aim for.

    Fitby40 5.8 in three weeks is great! But I know what u mean, I've been reading all of these success stories of ppl losing 4kg a week and 20 after a month and I've only lost 5 in 3 weeks, silly cause normally 5in 3 weeks is awesome.     Kezzamcc I am suffering from constipation too :( I eat healthy, take vitamins and drink bucketload a of water but nothing is happening, and it's been days :( if anyone had any ideas I'll try them
