A little bit about me ::
During 2010 I reached 90kg's and decided it was time to lose this weight. I exercised and dieted and managed to get down to 75kg's. I was doing very intense exercise (running 10km and 6km alternatively once I reached my fitness level) and was doing a hardout diet. That carried on through to this year. I went up to about 79kg's but that was because of the weight training and muscle gain. Unfortunately, I started experiencing pain while exercising in all joints and other areas of the body. I had started slowing down my exercise regime and eventually stopped - I was afraid i would do damage and it wasn't worth the pain. I then gained weight and got to 88kg's rapidly, I think this is because my body still wanted food like what I ate when I was exercising, when in reality I needed a lot less. I tried dieting to a normal level but I was almost starving myself - and this isn't healthy. So here I am on this forum wanting some help and motivation.

Weight: 87kg's
Duromine dose: 30mg
First month goal: 82kg's
Second month goal: 78kg's
Ideal weight: 70-75kg's

I understand that I will not reach my ideal weight on Duromine alone, as my GP will only prescribe me for two months max. But hopefully by then I will have an exercise schedule that suits me and dieting will be easier.
