After being diagnosed with benign intracranial hypertension (BIH) in August last year and having surgery to have a shunt inserted the specialists have told me that loosing weight is the key to beating this thing. Due to the BIH regular excersise is difficult and having a partner who loves me unconditionally did not help with my dieting and portion control. But alas, he is on board and we are making this journey together.So here i am, after putting on a whopping 35kg after a change in career, this has to happen. Hopefully Duromine gives me the kick start i need to send me down the road to the new me.
