    Stomach/Constipation Problems?

    Lots of veggies! I was a bit constipated the first few days, but I was eating very little. Once I got into the groove and started to eat lots of salad and non-starchy veggies, I am very regular now.

    I have lost 4.5 kgs and I have also received compliments. I suspect in addition to being overweight, I was also bloated from eating rubbish.

    Make sure you eat! In my first few days the appetite suppressant was working like crazy. I was eating less than 1,000 kilojoules a day and I think my body went into starvation mode. In my first week I only lost 1kg. Once I started to eat better the weight loss revved up. And if you have any...
