I’ve come to this forum for inspiration, and wow! there are some great success stories, and loads of good advice. This gives me hope that I to can do this! and keep the weight off.
I’m hypothyroid since 10 yrs ago, over that time I’ve slowly gained 30kg.
I follow a 90% plant based diet, the 10% is processed foods but no animals of any kind.
My dietary changes will be portion control and eating only when hungry, & focussing more on intermittent fasting.
I’m 55 and my health and mental state are not flash. Exercising is something I’ve always struggled with, so I need to find something I will enjoy.
I’m on 30mg Duromine, I started day one 27/9/19
I lost 2kg in 24 hrs, I know it’s only water weight and that weight loss rate will slow right down, but never the less that’s amazing!
